Food Assistance to Students
If you are a Virginia Tech undergraduate or graduate student interested in food assistance through the Market of Virginia Tech or other options, the first step is to contact the Dean of Students' office.
Note:
The Market will be closed for regular service during Spring Break (3/10/25-3/15/25).
We will have one special pick up on Tuesday (3/11/25) from 1-5 p.m. for Open Market Hours - with only non-perishables.
Open Market Hours
Open Market hours are free and open to all current Virginia Tech students, no application or appointments necessary.
Location: 801 University City Blvd., Blacksburg, VA, 24060
Spring 2025 Open Market Hours
- Thursdays: 3-7 p.m.
- Fridays: 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
There will be 5 Saturday options as well this semester from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on the following dates:
- 2/1/25
- 2/8/25
- 3/22/25
- 4/5/25
- 4/26/25
